Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dindigul for the position of BEEMA SAKHI. The responsibilities of the role include identifying and engaging with potential clients to offer LIC’s diverse range of life insurance and financial products. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships within the community, educating clients about suitable insurance plans, and assisting them through the application and policy management process. The BEEMA SAKHI will play a vital role in increasing insurance awareness and promoting financial security.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge or understanding of insurance, financial planning, and customer service
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently
• Basic proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local community
• Motivated and ability to meet sales targets or objectives
• Previous experience in sales or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory
