Key Responsibilities 1. Driving & Transportation Drive company or assigned vehicles safely, responsibly, and courteously. Transport staff, guests, or goods/materials to designated locations on time. Plan routes in advance and ensure timely arrival. Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and speed limits. 2. Vehicle Care & Maintenance Perform daily checks on fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, and lights. Keep the vehicle clean (interior & exterior) at all times. Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or damages immediately. Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and renewal of insurance/permits. 3. Safety & Compliance Always wear seatbelts and ensure passengers do the same. Adhere strictly to company safety policies and government road rules. Maintain valid driving license, permits, and necessary documents in the vehicle. Ensure proper loading/unloading of materials without damage. 4. Professional Conduct Maintain discipline, politeness, and confidentiality when transporting staff or clients. Avoid use of mobile phone or other distractions while driving. Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants during duty hours. Maintain high standards of honesty, punctuality, and reliability. 5. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain logbook of mileage, fuel consumption, and trips. Submit bills/toll receipts/parking slips as required. Update supervisor about trip status and delays if any.
