Role Overview: As a beautician, your primary responsibility will be to provide a range of beauty services to clients. This includes hair care, skincare, nail care, hair removal treatments, and personalized advice on personal care routines. Your excellent listening skills will help you understand your clients" preferences and provide them with the best services tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Shampoo, cut, style, and color hair, provide scalp treatments, and offer massages. - Apply makeup, perform facials, and recommend skincare therapies. - Perform manicures, pedicures, nail art, and suggest suitable nail colors. - Administer permanent and temporary hair removal treatments like electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing. - Offer guidance on personal skincare routines. - Upsell beauty therapies and products to clients. - Manage appointments, maintain treatment records, and ensure cleanliness and sterility of your workstation and tools. - Monitor inventory and ensure an adequate supply of beauty products.
