We are expanding our business development team to enhance our international client base across the US, UK, Dubai, and Australia. Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to follow up on pre-validated international leads, nurture potential clients, and convert them into long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and prior experience in handling international leads. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on pre-validated leads across US, UK, Dubai, and Australia. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through regular engagement. Understand client needs, present suitable digital marketing and web solutions, and address concerns. Warm up leads through consistent follow-ups, emails, calls, and LinkedIn interactions. Maintain a structured lead pipeline and track progress using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to provide prospects with necessary information. Drive conversion efforts by effectively pitching services and closing deals. Generate leads and new business through own network/sources. What We’re Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in international sales, business development, or lead nurturing . Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written) . Experience in handling pre-validated leads and working on B2B digital marketing solutions (preferred). Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with potential clients. Proficiency in using CRM tools, email marketing tools, and LinkedIn outreach . Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for conversions.
