We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team. The role involves assisting with basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Assist chefs with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning. Ensure kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are clean and sanitized. Help in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies properly. Dispose of waste and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness. Support in plating and packing food items when required. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Assist in carrying and organizing stock and ingredients. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirements: Previous experience as a kitchen helper/assistant is an advantage (but not mandatory). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina and willingness to perform manual tasks. Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
