We are hiring motivated individuals for the role of CASA Sales Executive to drive acquisition of current and savings accounts through field sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source new Current & Savings Accounts from open market, references, and field activities* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets* Conduct customer visits and explain account features* Ensure proper KYC documentation and customer onboarding* Maintain relationships to generate cross-sell opportunities
Eligibility Criteria:
* Education: Graduate* Experience: 1 + years Upto 3 years in CASA/Field Sales * Good communication and convincing skills* Two-wheeler preferred (for field work)* Target-oriented mindset
