Your role will involve: - Mastering the Gurugram real estate market to identify prime investment opportunities. - Matching NRI/HNI clients with tailored property solutions to drive end-to-end sales. - Building and nurturing strong client relationships. To excel in this position, you should have: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, particularly working with HNI or NRI clients in industries such as Banking, Hospitality, Aviation, or Real Estate. - A proven track record in sales with a focus on strong closures. - Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. - A minimum graduate degree, while candidates with an MBA will be preferred.
