Technical Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of Data Centre solutions, Structured Cabling solutions, and CCTV systems. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with effective interpersonal and presentation skills. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in sales or business development environments. Experience: 25 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the technology or infrastructure domain Role Requirements Client Understanding: Ability to effectively identify and understand clients business needs and technical requirements. Industry Experience: Strong familiarity with the passive infrastructure industry. Must have hands-on experience working with PMCs, consultants, and architects. Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith strong abilities in networking, persuasion, and influencing decision-makers. Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering impactful presentations to internal stakeholders and clients. Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven with a proactive, go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently. Quick Learner: Fast learner with a keen interest in staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Organized & Agile: Well-organized and capable of working efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines. Preferred Technical Competence 1. Cabling & Data Center Infrastructure: Strong understanding of structured cabling requirements and data center physical build-outs, including racks, containment, and pathway systems. 2. Physical Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of physical layer networking, cabling systems, and security solutions such as CCTV and access control systems. 3.
