• Position Title: Senior Business Development Manager (BDM)
• Location: Kolkata, WB
• Experience Required: Min of 2 Years
• Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Kolkata region. This role requires an individual with a strong sales background in the real estate or building materials industry, who can manage key relationships, identify new market opportunities, and deliver consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Dealers.
• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned region.
• Identify and follow up on private and government project opportunities.
• Conduct territory mapping: application-wise, segment-wise, and potential-wise.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6–7 years of proven sales and business development experience in the real estate or building materials sector.
• Strong network of architects, contractors, distributors, and channel partners.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
