Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strategic mindset to engage with hiring managers, talent acquisition leads, and decision-makers across industries. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, email campaigns, and other sales prospecting techniques. Research & Targeting: Research potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with prospective clients. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools. Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their recruitment needs, challenges, and timelines to determine the fit for our services. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation outcomes. Follow-ups & Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the recruitment or HR Tech. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Experience in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities. Prior experience engaging with HR professionals or recruitment teams is a plus.
