Job Title: Data Mining & Data Science Specialist Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and culturally aligned Data Science Specialist with expertise in classical machine learning techniques, customer-level analytics, and loyalty-driven revenue generation. The role focuses on building predictive models and actionable insights to activate customer loyalty and enhance retail business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Data Mining & Analysis : Perform customer-level and member-level analytics to derive actionable insights. Use tools like Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Snowpark for data management and processing. Model Development & Interpretation : Develop machine learning models using techniques like XGBoost. Leverage explainable AI frameworks (e.g., XAI) to ensure interpretability. 3. Revenue Enhancement : Identify key revenue drivers through data science techniques. Collaborate with small teams to optimize loyalty assistant programs. 4. Collaboration & Activation : Activate insights for practical application in retail environments. Team Collaboration Across Time Zones: Ensure 2-3 overlapping working hours with the US team in CST or EST time zones. Requirements: Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Snowpark. Strong knowledge of machine learning and explainable AI. Soft Skills : Excellent thought process and proactive attitude. Cultural fit to align with company values. Selection Process: Initial screening and group interview focusing on technical skills and cultural fit. Final rounds to evaluate proactive thought processes and expectations alignment. Preferred Experience: Strong background in ES Retail and loyalty-driven analytics. Proven ability to drive revenue via predictive analytics and member-level predictions.
