BDE (bidder)

Role Overview: As a Bidder (BDE) for the company, your main responsibility will be to search and identify relevant projects daily on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr. You will be required to draft personalized and high-converting proposals based on project requirements and submit bids within the defined hourly/daily targets. Additionally, you will need to maintain and update bid tracking reports using tools such as Google Sheets or CRM. Furthermore, you will assist in the initial client communication, coordinate with the Senior Bidder for proposal strategy, and gather client requirements to relay accurate information to project managers or developers. Key Responsibilities: - Search and identify relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr - Draft personalized and high-converting proposals - Submit bids within defined targets - Maintain and update bid tracking reports using Google Sheets/CRM - Assist in initial client communication and coordination with Senior Bidder - Gather client requirements and relay accurate information to project managers or developers Qualifications Required: - Good command of English both written and verbal - 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role - Familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. - Good understanding of IT services such as Web & Graphic Design/Development, Digital Marketing, etc. - Ability to craft customized proposals Additional Details: The company offers a full-time, permanent job type with a fixed shift from Monday to Friday.
