BDE (bidder)

As a Bidder (BDE), you will be responsible for searching and identifying relevant projects daily on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr. Your main tasks will include drafting personalized and high-converting proposals based on project requirements, submitting bids within the defined hourly/daily targets, and maintaining bid tracking reports using tools like Google Sheets or CRM. You will also be assisting in initial client communication, coordinating with the Senior Bidder for proposal strategy, and gathering client requirements to relay accurate information to project managers or developers. To excel in this role, you should have a good command of English both in written and verbal communication. Ideally, you should possess 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Bidder, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role. Familiarity with freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc., and a good understanding of IT services including Web & Graphic Design/Development, Digital Marketing, are essential. Your ability to craft customized proposals will be crucial for your success in this position.
