To be successful as an Automation Test Analyst, you should have experience with: - Good working experience in Java, Selenium / Cucumber, BDD/Gherkin, and Python - Excellent SQL / Unix / Linux skills - Excellent in Restful/Json/xml Protocol - Strong Test Automation skills - Well-versed hands-on experience in creating the best test framework - Providing technical guidance and driving the Test Automation team - Defining and building robust, modular, and reusable Automation frameworks and ensuring all Test Automation Analysts understand and adhere to the framework - Driving automation proactively to ensure the automation pack is updated parallel to the development lifecycle - Contributing to the DevOps agenda forward from an automation point - Helping mature the current automation capability by ensuring proper documentation of frameworks, utilities, and tools in the team's central knowledge base - Good working experience of API-based automation for a quick turnaround time Some other highly valued skills include: - Strong experience in automation Framework - Machine Learning In this role based out of Pune, your purpose will be to design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, ensuring software quality and reliability.
