Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Specialty Chemicals, based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, providing product information, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also conduct market research, identify trends, and report on sales performance. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Account Management within the specialty chemicals industry Knowledge of products related to paints, inks, adhesives, cosmetics, plastics, and building & construction Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office
