As a Regional lead, you will be responsible for leading the commercial efforts across the region in India to maximize market opportunities. Your primary focus will be on managing business operations, including increasing sales and market share for products and/or services in the Indian domestic and regulated market. Basic Qualifications: - 15 to 20 years of relevant industry experience in API Sales and BD, with a focus on the Indian market. - High energy individual with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with various disciplines both inside and outside the company. - Experience in negotiating and closing partnership agreements. - Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and innovation. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. - Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, sales techniques, consultative selling, customer psychology, and purchasing patterns.,
