BD Executive - Sales & Marketing

• Promoting the brand within retail stores and enhancing brand visibility.
• Generating leads and identifying potential customers for products or services.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide information about our offerings.
• Assisting in planning and executing in-store marketing campaigns and events.
• Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to track leads and follow up on potential sales.
• Reporting daily/weekly activities, including leads generated, store visits, and campaign results.
• Maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on competitors’ offerings.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; marketing or business-related degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in retail marketing, sales, or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to engage and influence.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
