Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Interns / Freshers to join our growth team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and building a career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the BD team in identifying and generating new leads (via online platforms, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Assist in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, or social media
• Help schedule and coordinate client meetings and product/service presentations
• Maintain records of leads and interactions using internal tools or CRM
• Learn and understand our services/products to assist in pitching to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication
• Participate in training sessions to build skills in sales and client management

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player
• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in any stream preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
