We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to handle a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting across multiple brand portfolios, including BCON and other high-growth ventures. You&aposll work with both provided qualified leads and generate your own prospects using modern lead generation tools. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Handle a mix of inbound qualified leads and self-generated prospects across multiple brand portfolios Lead Generation & Scraping: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients using lead generation tools, data scraping, and prospecting platforms Cold & Warm Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and follow up on inbound leads through phone outreach Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital prospecting methods Multi-Brand Sales: Represent and pitch different brands effectively, understanding unique value propositions for each Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture leads through CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking across different brands and lead sources Lead Qualification: Convert both provided leads and self-generated prospects into qualified sales opportunities Data Management: Utilize lead generation tools and maintain clean, updated prospect databases Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly targets for both inbound lead conversion and outbound lead generation Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates across all channels What We&aposre Looking For Essential Requirements: 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales Proven track record with both cold calling and inbound lead conversion Experience with lead generation tools and data scraping platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Strong communication skills with excellent phone presence for both cold and warm calls Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Ability to quickly learn and adapt messaging for different brands/industries Self-motivated with strong organizational skills for managing mixed lead sources Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work with both provided and self-generated leads Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with multiple brands or clients simultaneously Background in lead generation services or agency environment Proficiency with lead generation and data scraping tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Phantom Buster, etc.) Experience managing both inbound and outbound lead workflows Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field What We Offer Competitive Base Salary with uncapped commission potential Multi-tiered Commission Structure across different brand portfolios Professional Development and training on cutting-edge sales techniques Flexible Working Arrangements [Remote/Hybrid options] Career Growth Opportunities within our expanding brand portfolio Performance Bonuses and recognition programs Health Benefits and other competitive perks Success Metrics Monthly targets for both inbound lead conversion rates and outbound lead generation Call volume and activity metrics for both cold and warm calling Lead quality scores from both provided and self-generated prospects Conversion rates from prospect to qualified opportunity across all lead sources Revenue attribution and commission earnings from mixed lead types Data accuracy and CRM hygiene maintenance Ready to Join Our Team If you&aposre passionate about business development and excited about working with multiple high-growth brands, we want to hear from you!
