Job Role & Responsibilities:

* The Specialist CSD (Accounting) will work in a technical support environment focusing on SQL and accounting-related processes. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing application support for Yardis real estate and accounting software.

* Understanding client issues and resolving them through analysis and technical troubleshooting.

* Working with SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.

* Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution.

* Preparing and responding to client emails professionally.

* Documenting solutions and maintaining issue logs.

* Ensuring timely and efficient customer support delivery.

* Learning and adapting to new tools, updates, and product enhancements.

Required Skills:

* Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

* Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to work with queries.

* Good understanding of accounting concepts (BCom/M.Com background preferred).

* Ability to troubleshoot and provide accurate solutions.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Technically well-versed with basic software concepts.

* Ability to handle both online and in-person interaction with clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Qualification:

* BCom (Accounting) 2025 Pass-out

* M. Com Preferred

2. Academic Requirements:

* Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, Degree, and Masters

* No gaps, breaks, or year-downs

3. Other Conditions:

* Candidates who have appeared for Yardi in the last 6 months are not eligible.
