Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior PMO Analyst. The role involves supporting project managers, leads and the broader PMO team in project tracking, reporting, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues and update relevant tracking tools. Support in preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports. Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards and governance processes. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments and stakeholders. Help in resource allocation tracking and timesheet compliance. Support audit and compliance checks for project documentation and milestones. Participate in process improvement initiatives within the PMO. Requirements: Education & Experience: BCOM, BBA or any related field. 0-1 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role (internship experience counts). Skills: Basic understanding of project management principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello) is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
