Roles and Responsibilities Area Sales Manager- Industrial Automation (Delhi NCR) Company - United Control Engineers India Private Limited (Industrial Automation Division) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager(Industrial automation) at United Control Engineers India Private Limited located in Greater Noida. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing sales forecasts and reports. Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years in Industrial automation Solution sales. -Must have experience with Industrial Automation product/ Solution range/Electrical Components (Servo, Motion controller, PLC, HMI, Switchgear, Wire, Cables Etc.) -Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with customers. -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. -Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance. -Have worked with Channel Partners, Distributers, System Integrater & OEMs in Delhi NCR. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders -Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities -Good analytical and problem-solving skills -Btech or BE in Electrical, Electronics domain.
