Job Title: TeleSales Representative (Immigration / Overseas Education / EdTech Sector) Location: Gurgaon , Delhi ( NCR ) ( Candidates from Gurgaon only can apply ) Type: Fulltime, Permanent Role Summary We are seeking a passionate, targetdriven TeleSales Representative who has at least 3 years experience (mandatory in immigration, overseas education or edtech) to drive sales through both inbound and outbound calling. You will play a key role in converting leads, exceeding sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and respond to inbound enquiries using welldefined scripts and best practices. Clearly present and explain our offers, address questions, doubts or objections, and work towards closing sales. Quality leads by understanding client needs, recommending suitable solutions, and follow through till deal closure. Maintain accurate sales records, CRM entries, and follow up with potential leads in a timely manner. Exceeding monthly / quarterly sales targets contribute to future business by bringing in repeat customers or referrals. Remain uptodate with product, service, and industry knowledge to effectively respond to client needs. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years experience in telesales / tele sales roles; experience in Immigration, Overseas Education, or EdTech is mandatory. Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets via phone (both inbound & outbound). Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi , both verbal and written. Strong negotiation skills: ability to handle objections, resolve complaints, build rapport and trust. Comfortable using CRM tools, telephone systems, and maintaining structured records. Selfmotivated, goal-oriented, with ability to work independently and in a team.
