We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in D365 Business Central to drive and oversee end-to-end ERP implementations and enhancements. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business processes and technical execution, ensuring that customer requirements are understood, translated into solution architecture, and effectively delivered within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. Responsibilities include working closely with business users to gather requirements, configuring Business Central modules based on business needs, developing customizations, reports, and extensions using AL and Visual Studio Code, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure integrations and custom developments align with best practices. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will lead requirement workshops, UAT, and go-live phases, provide post-implementation support and functional enhancements, and assist in documenting business processes, creating user manuals, and delivering user training sessions. Fit-gap analysis, code reviews, test plans, deployment cycles, and collaboration with Microsoft support for issue resolutions are also key aspects of the role. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field, Microsoft certifications in D365 Business Central (preferred), a minimum of 5 years of experience in D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV in a techno-functional capacity, a strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, inventory, or services industries, proficiency in AL language, extensions, and Business Central development environment, as well as experience in data migration, integrations, and third-party tool configuration. Key skills and competencies required for this role include functional expertise in ERP processes with technical fluency, hands-on experience in Business Central customization and configuration, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, and a strong customer orientation with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
