Booking and Reservation Management :Process bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and holiday packages.Coordinate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, etc.) to confirm reservations.Maintain accurate records of all bookings, ensuring that customer details, preferences, and special requests are met.Update and manage booking systems, ensuring real-time accuracy of information. Customer Support and Coordination :Assist the customer-facing teams by providing back-office support for client inquiries and bookings.Communicate with customers to confirm travel arrangements, provide itineraries, and resolve any post-booking issues.Handle cancellations, amendments, and rebookings according to company policies and procedures.
