Role & responsibilities 1. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to acquire new consumers with a comprehensive social media strategy. 2. Increase visibility and traffic across all business verticals. 3. Plan an annual calendar on the digital interventions across verticals round the year with customer-centric digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, referrals, retention for the brand and to meet its business objectives. 4. Brand Building Strategies, Identification and segregation of potential Market Segment. Translate strategic plan to a mid-level and detailed execution plan 5. Delivering pitches / concepts, create/pitch out-of-the-box social media marketing strategies. 6. Ensuring daily / weekly / monthly commitments (Tweets, updates, meeting brand guidelines, tone of voice, grammar etc.) are being met as per commitment. 7. Conceptualize & create multi-format content using the purchase funnel approach to map the consumer journey to the brand messaging. 8. Execution of video content for achieving the business objectives across all relevant platforms. 9. Customer relationship management across relevant channels to increase the customer life cycle with the brand. 10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 11. End-to-end Blogger/influencer marketing. 12. Email marketing initiatives to drive the consumer further down the purchase funnel 13. Advise on new digital marketing opportunities and trends in the industry. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. 14. Identify sales leads, pitch our own Ad space to new clients through various social media platforms. 15. Evaluate companys presence on social media on all platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Advertising websites etc. 16. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 17. Ensuring all key areas of the website are fully tracked for web analytics and proactively reporting back to stakeholders on results 18. Analyze markets and does industry research to help vertical heads meet their business goals. 19. Collaborate with internal teams/agencies to create landing pages and optimize user experience 20. Understand competition & their social media activities. Qualification: Any Graduate/BMM/BMS or MBA degree in marketing or a certified in Digital Marketing Experience in setting up and optimizing digital marketing & leading/managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Content writing skills. Knowledge of digital trends, online media & website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in setting up and optimizing Digital campaigns Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
