We (BBG) are a distributor of industrial and medical gases. Our two main streams of revenue are from sales (gases and ancillary products) and rentals (gas cylinders). We are transitioning from a legacy ERP system to a new, integrated solution built within Zoho One (primarily Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, and related apps). We are seeking an experienced Zoho Specialist to lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimisation of our new ERP environment in Zoho, ensuring a smooth migration from our legacy system. This role requires both technical capability and practical business process understanding. The specialist will be working with and supported by members of our team, who have already begun the setup process. Project Scope: Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management. Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity. Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit BBG’s operations. Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as appropriate. Test, train, and support team members during rollout. Requirements: Proven Zoho One implementation experience, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator. Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development. Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking. Excellent communication and training skills.
