As a Senior Test Engineer specializing in UI Automation with DB Testing at CGI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications and databases through automated testing. With 3-9 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Software Testing, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Core Java, Selenium, BBD Cucumber, and DB Testing experience. Your key responsibilities will include creating and managing test plans, test cases, and test data in collaboration with development teams, integrating test automation scripts into the CI/CD pipeline, and performing end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality releases. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues with test scripts and applications, perform performance testing for API services, document test results, and log defects while following through on issue resolution with development teams. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UI Automation with BBD Cucumber, Java, Selenium, and DB Testing. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience is the minimum educational qualification expected. Additional experience in Rest Assured Automation testing, Banking domain, Continuous Testing with Jenkins, and JIRA JTMF is considered a plus.
