Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
✔ Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and social media✔ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies✔ Support in preparing presentations, sales pitches, and marketing materials✔ Manage and update customer databases and CRM tools✔ Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, exhibitions, or product demos✔ Engage with potential clients for product information and service explanation✔ Handle social media marketing, content posting, and basic digital promotion✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, and Operations
