Every formula is multi-tasking, clean, and sensorially indulgent - skincare that does more with less. What You’ll Be Doing: Help build and manage video-led storytelling for Bayla’s Instagram and YouTube - across Shorts, Reels, and the occasional long-form. Create high-quality video content - from UGC-style edits and product demos to skin-formative explainers and behind-the-scenes clips. Shoot, edit, and produce videos that align with our visual identity and tone of voice. Pitch fresh, platform-first ideas that can break the scroll. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, and social rollouts. Stay plugged in to content trends and adapt them for the Bayla audience. ✨ Qualities We’re Looking For: You get Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and what makes beauty content actually work. Strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and keeping things real and relatable. Comfortable being on-camera (or directing someone else with clarity). Know your way around CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, or similar editing tools. Confident using your phone as a mini content studio. Aware of skincare trends, pop culture, and what Gen Z wants to see. Self-starter with a good sense of initiative (we move fast). Obsessed with the little things - angles, lighting, text placement, all of it. 🧡 Bonus Brownie Points: You’ve worked with or created content for a skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
