You will be responsible for managing the support for the Baxter - Prophet application, ensuring its smooth operation, addressing user queries, and providing technical assistance. Your role as a Support Analyst will require strong functional and analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include providing first-level support for the Baxter - Prophet application, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify and analyze application-related issues, implementing effective solutions. Maintaining documentation of support processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures will be essential for knowledge sharing within the team. Monitoring application performance, gathering user feedback, and conducting training sessions for users will be part of your duties to ensure optimal usage of the Baxter - Prophet application. Facilitating communication between users and technical teams, participating in application upgrades, testing, and deployment activities, and developing reports on support metrics will also be crucial aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in application support, preferably with Baxter Prophet, SAP/Oracle ERP Integration, or similar applications, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, familiarity with IT support & infrastructure processes, and proficiency in using applications like ServiceNow and JIRA will be advantageous. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment will be essential for success in this role.
