You will be responsible for assisting in assembling, testing, and maintaining lithium-ion battery packs in a manufacturing setup. This role is ideal for individuals with an ITI/Diploma qualification and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in battery assembly or related processes. As a Battery Assembly Executive, you will be working on a contract basis. Your primary responsibilities will include assembling battery modules and packs according to the design specifications, operating basic tools and machinery for cell stacking and welding, conducting visual inspections and functional tests following departmental SOPs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the process. It will be essential to maintain accurate records of work completed and promptly report any defects or issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in soldering techniques, both manual and machine-assisted, and have a good understanding of basic electrical concepts, particularly polarity recognition of positive and negative terminals. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of battery safety practices, cell handling, basic wiring, and battery components. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are crucial for successfully carrying out the tasks involved. The job offers a salary range of Rs.13,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month on a hand basis and is open to male candidates only. The working schedule involves six days a week with rotating off days.
