The Electrician role is a crucial position within the research and development (R&D) team, with a primary focus on Vehicle Control Units (VCU) and Battery Box components. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), verifying battery designs, updating Material Requisitions (MR), managing stock levels, overseeing production planning, assembly, and testing, as well as providing on-site support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensuring the seamless integration and optimal performance of electrical systems across various projects. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining BOMs for VCU and battery box components, verifying battery designs, updating Material Requisitions as per project requirements, managing R&D stock levels, generating stock receival notes, updating production plans, creating bus bar templates, monitoring production quality, participating in battery assembly and testing, coordinating procurement activities, overseeing site installations and testing, conducting trial runs and shore charging tests, providing on-site maintenance and technical support, and supporting the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant position, possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, battery components, and VCUs, demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, be able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment, and have proficiency in handling on-site installations and maintenance activities. The salary range for this position is 18,000 - 20,000 per month, and it is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. If you are interested in this position, please indicate your expected salary.
