Role & responsibilities Perform lab-scale synthesis and purification of inorganic, organic, and carbon nanomaterials. Optimize synthesis protocols for scalable production. Characterize materials using SEM, TEM, XRD, Raman, FTIR, TGA, BET, and electrochemical techniques. Design, fabricate, and test electrodes for Li ion batteries and super capacitors. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (scientists, electrochemists, and engineers). Document findings in technical reports, presentations, and internal documentation. Contribute to literature review, IP development, and scientific publications. Develop and implement SOPs for lab processes. • Adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and laboratory protocols. Education: Masters in Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or related field from a recognized university/Institute. Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in R&D for nano-materials or battery materials. Fresher with strong fundamentals and lab exposure are encouraged to apply. Skills: • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in Chemistry and Electrochemistry. Experience with materials characterization and electrochemical testing.
