Role & responsibilities Responsible for trouble shoot, diagnose and resolve issues reported in the battery pack. Regular Monitoring of Battery health and take appropriate action collectively with CFT team for resolving the issue. Responsible to lay proper guidelines by creating SOPs for the battery maintenance activity, implement by training and ensure same being followed at the field. Record and maintain all the records of the battery activities. RCA analysis for the battery components. Identify and implement methods maximize the battery performance. Ensuring optimal performance and reliability of lithium ion battery system.
