As an operator responsible for the production of tablets and granules, your primary role will involve operating and managing compression machines to manufacture tablets as per specified requirements. It will be crucial for you to ensure that the machines are calibrated and maintained to achieve optimal performance levels. Your duties will extend to monitoring production processes to uphold quality standards and efficiency. Documenting production data and promptly reporting any deviations to the supervisor will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, it will be essential to adhere to safety protocols and uphold a clean working environment throughout operations. Collaboration with the QA/QC team will be necessary to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards. In addition to tablet production, you will also be operating granulation equipment to produce granules as per batch requirements. Monitoring and controlling granulation parameters to maintain product quality will be a key aspect of this role. Regular maintenance of granulation machinery and meticulous documentation of production processes and batch records will be required. Overall, a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards will be essential in this role. Your commitment to following safety guidelines, collaborating effectively with the QA/QC team, and maintaining a clean work environment will contribute to the overall success of the production processes. This position is a full-time role with a day shift schedule and offers a yearly bonus. The work location for this role is in person.,
