Your role will involve accurately delivering client requirements, attending client meetings to discuss tasks and provide updates, and demonstrating good communication skills. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring applications, resolving batch issues/abends, collaborating with the team, managing incidents and problems, scheduling jobs, and automating processes. Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy is preferred.
