The client, a large IT service company, is seeking a candidate for the position of Pega CDH Developer in Pune/Bangalore. This role requires 6 to 8 years of experience with a salary of up to 22 LPA and joining within 15 days. The primary skills needed include Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration. In this role, you will be responsible for developing Pega decisioning constructs to implement new marketing campaigns, real-time decisioning modules, and providing post-implementation support. Key competencies and requirements include 6+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning and marketing, PEGA certifications, solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in the Telecom industry, knowledge of integration protocols, Oracle, Cassandra, SQL, Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, EJB, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Your key responsibilities will involve the development of new/existing strategies, upgrades, and technical improvements, L3 support as per agreed SLAs, preparing packages and installations, finding technical improvements and applying best practices, improving the technical performance of the application, aligning internally on solutions, optimizing DB queries, making strategies and campaigns configurable, estimating effort for stories and tasks, and participating in team ceremonies and meetings.,
