Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the upgrade and migration process. 4. Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization to enhance the overall sap system functionality. 5. Develop and maintain documentation related to sap basis activities, best practices, and standard operating procedures. 6. Stay updated on the latest sap technologies and recommend innovative solutions to optimize sap landscape. Skill Requirements 1. In-depth knowledge of sap basis administration, with a focus on s/4hana upgrade and migration. 2. Proficiency in sap system upgrades, migrations, and system landscape transformations. 3. Strong understanding of sap architecture, system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. 4. Experience in working with sap solution manager for system administration and monitoring. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results within set deadlines.

Job Title: SAP BASIS HANA Expert Experience: 6+ Years Location: Bangalore | India Job Description: As an SAP BASIS HANA Expert with 6 or more years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of SAP landscapes, specifically focusing on HANA environments. You will play a crucial role in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, with a primary emphasis on HANA database administration. Key Responsibilities: SAP HANA Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade SAP HANA databases. Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including monitoring, tuning, and optimizing performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HANA database operations. SAP BASIS Administration: Manage SAP system landscapes, ensuring high availability and system reliability. Perform system installations, upgrades, and patches for SAP applications. Monitor and maintain system security, user roles, and authorizations. System Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in SAP systems and HANA databases. Work closely with other teams to optimize system performance and response times. Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems and HANA databases. Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up and configure monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and potential bottlenecks. Respond to and resolve system and database-related incidents promptly. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional teams and infrastructure teams. Document all relevant configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Upgrades and Migrations: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and migrations. Stay updated on the latest SAP releases and technologies. Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure adherence to SAP and industry best practices in system and database administration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration with a focus on SAP HANA. In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA database administration and optimization. Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. SAP certifications in BASIS and HANA administration are a plus.
