As a Field Executive Biller at UsedBookR.com, your role will involve managing on-site book billing operations during book fairs and partner events. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be crucial in ensuring smooth and accurate customer billing through barcode scanning and invoice generation. Key Responsibilities: - Scan ISBNs and accurately enter book data using mobile/desktop apps or spreadsheets. - Generate and share printed or digital invoices with customers. - Provide courteous customer service and help customers understand billing. - Assist the management in office work during non-event days. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of Excel or billing apps. - Familiarity with barcode scanners and weighing scales is a plus. - Comfortable working in field conditions (travel, long hours during events). - Good communication in English. - Previous experience in retail/billing/customer service preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent. Basic tech-savviness required. - Should be able to lift weights up to 20kgs occasionally. - Fluency in Hindi language is preferred.
