As a Salesforce Trainee at our organization, you will be part of a dynamic team in Noida, working full-time on a permanent basis. You will have the opportunity to kickstart your career as a fresher in the field of Salesforce with immediate joining available. Your primary responsibility will be to apply your knowledge and skills in OOPs Concept, Java/C/C++, and Basic Salesforce to contribute effectively to our projects. To qualify for this role, you must hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or BCA/MCA in Computers. M. Tech candidates will also be considered. It is essential that you are a fresh graduate with no backlogs and a minimum of 65% aggregate marks. However, this requirement may be negotiable for candidates with relevant training or exceptional skills in Salesforce/JAVA. During the initial training/probation period of 01-06 months, you will receive a monthly stipend of 12K, inclusive of PF and ESIC. From the 7th to the 18th month, your CTC can go up to 3 LPA based on your performance. Subsequent increments will be awarded based on your continued dedication and achievements. Please note that you will be required to sign an employment agreement for 2.5 years, including the training/probation period. Your work schedule will follow a fixed shift from Monday to Friday, with morning shifts at our in-person work location in Noida.
