Role & responsibilities Provide expert administration services on catalog management, session and roster management, and advanced reporting. Respond efficiently to queries regarding learning content, organization, and navigation of learning information. Support learning initiatives and solutions, perform ad-hoc research, and ensure timely, quality deliverables. Redirect system and functionality inquiries to the appropriate teams using tracking tools. Participate in testing and rollout of new LMS features. Apply knowledge of learning systems, data analysis, reporting, e-learning, and classroom support. Develop and implement administrative processes and standards. Handle project tasks involving data gathering, tracking, and summarizing, both independently and in teams. Maintain collaboration and communication within internal and external networks. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of email etiquette Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates, lookups) Experience handling cases or support tickets Ability to work collaboratively in teams Strong client interaction skills to understand and address internal client requirements Effective time management and task prioritization Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations Familiarity with Power BI and Macros
