Proactive ServiceNow ticket management as per the Arm Ticket Management Standards. Required Skills And Experience Experience of operating Microsoft Identity Manager and similar tools. Experience of working with Entra ID. Understanding of modern authentication methods. Understanding of group management (Security, mail Enabled and Dynamic/Criteria based). Scripting (PowerShell and bash/Shell) knowledge is an advantage. Ability to identify and resolve Basic Authentication issues! Nice To Have Skills And Experience Good Office365/M365 and exchange.
