As a .NET Backend Engineer, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Additionally, you must possess a good understanding of Micro-Services Design, Object-Oriented Programming, and Service-Oriented Architecture. Experience in web technologies like HTTP, REST, JSON, XML, and related libraries is required. You will also need experience with web servers like IIS or Kestrel, knowledge in Docker Containers, build, and deployment in a container environment. Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, database systems, and comfort with the command-line interface are necessary. Experience working with Git in a CI/CD environment, as well as with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools, is expected. Strong communication and soft skills are essential, as you will be required to motivate, mentor, and help fellow developers, as well as communicate complex ideas effectively.
