We are now seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Finance AR Internal Controls function as Specialist. As a Specialist based out of our Finance Shared Service Center in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient performance of the Reporting team at Hyderabad ISSC. Your role includes distributing accurate and timely reporting, metrics, and internal control reports as needed for the function globally. Communication within the team and to stakeholders outside/inside of the ISSC is essential. Reporting to and receiving functional guidance from the AR & Credit Operations Manager, ISSC, your responsibilities will include establishing reporting requirements and expectations with stakeholders, defining metrics and KPIs for regular tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data used for reporting, developing and distributing reports to stakeholders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal controls framework and regulatory requirements, investigating and reporting any internal control breaches or issues, reconciling accounts and transactions regularly, providing accurate reports on reconciliation results to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvements, and recommending enhancements focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality. To be successful in this role, you should have a B. Com or any finance graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in AR, credit, finance, and/or accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Tools such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must. You should be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, able to work well under pressure, have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, proficiency in SAP, good understanding of basic accountancy, strong customer focus skills, understanding and focus on internal controls requirements, excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), solid understanding of systems used in various sub-processes, and Lean/Six Sigma Certification is considered a plus.
