As a successful BASE24 Developer, you should possess the following experience: - Strong BASE24 development & design experience - Switch knowledge on Tandem Platform - Proficiency in languages such as TAL, COBOL, SCOBOL, TACL, Spool Com, Peruse - Knowledge of simulators like MasterCard, Visa, FINSIM, Versa Test, and Asset - Understanding of ATM, POS switch ISO8583 message, supported cards, and transaction types is a must. You may undergo assessment for key critical skills relevant to success in the role, including risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology expertise. This role is based in Pune. Purpose of the role: To design, develop, and enhance software using various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. Accountabilities include: - Developing and delivering high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. - Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Participating in code reviews, promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. - Staying informed about industry technology trends, contributing to the organization's technology communities, and fostering technical excellence. - Adhering to secure coding practices and implementing effective unit testing to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
