Role Overview:

Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf and workstations.
• Engage customers with friendly service and product knowledge.
• Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Uphold caf standards in presentation, quality, and hygiene.
• Support in creating a welcoming, relaxing caf environment.

Requirements:

• Prior barista or caf experience preferred (training can be provided).
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.
