Bark India started operations in December 2022 and currently manages Marketing and Sales functions for India, South Africa and Singapore. In addition, there is also customer support team that provides support to India and Global operations. About the role We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Junior Marketing Designer to join our growing creative team. Reporting to our Senior Marketing Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the creation of engaging and impactful assets across all our marketing channels. Your primary focus will be designing high-performing ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), while also contributing to projects across email, web, and other marketing touchpoints. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, scaling business. If you have a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and an interest in motion design and animation, this role will give you the opportunity to flex your creativity and grow as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Create visually compelling marketing assets across digital channels, with a primary focus on Meta. Support the design and production of assets for email campaigns, social media, website, and paid performance campaigns. Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Designer and wider creative team to bring concepts to life that align with brand guidelines. Assist in developing motion graphics and animations to enhance engagement across ads and digital platforms. Adapt and optimise existing creative for different formats, placements, and audiences. Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid social creative. Ensure all creative output is consistent, high quality, and delivered on time. Required skills and experience 2+ years’ experience in a design role, ideally with exposure to digital marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent design tools (i.e. figma). Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, with a focus on digital and social content. Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling ability Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively. Desirable skill and experience (if any) Experience designing paid social ads, especially for Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Motion design and animation skills (After Effects or similar). Familiarity with Figma or Sketch. Understanding of performance marketing and how creative impacts campaign results. Able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines and managing multiple briefs at once Excellent communication with key stakeholders within the company and able to implement feedback accordingly Strong creative visualisation skills with excellent layout, typography and digital design skills.
