Minimal Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee shop in Mysore, crafts exceptional coffee experiences with ethically sourced, precisely roasted beans. We seek a passionate Barista to elevate our coffee program and delight customers in a community-driven environment. Barista Job Overview As a Barista, you’ll prepare coffee, provide excellent service, and support operations under the Head Barista’s guidance, growing your skills in specialty coffee. Key Responsibilities • Coffee Preparation: Serve espresso, cappuccino, and pour-over per standards. • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service. • Station Maintenance: Keep bar clean, stocked, and hygienic. • Learning: Attend training to improve brewing and latte art skills. • Teamwork: Support team during busy periods. • Customer Education: Share coffee knowledge with customers. • Equipment Care: Assist in cleaning equipment. Qualifications • 0-2 years in barista or customer-facing roles (coffee experience a plus). • Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn. • Strong interpersonal and customer-focused skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with a proactive attitude. Requirements • Flexible hours, including weekends and mornings. • Fluency in English and Kannada (preferred).
