Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi 2 at Barefoot’s Resort, located in Mysore. The Commi 2 will be responsible for assisting the senior chefs in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and cooking. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as preparing ingredients, assisting in meal presentation, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen. The individual will work closely with the culinary team, following instructions and recipes accurately. Qualifications Food Preparation and Culinary Skills Knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices Strong Cooking skills Effective Communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Relevant culinary certifications or training programs are beneficial
